  • What services do you offer?

    LSE Builders Group offers an array of services: Design/Build; Design/Bid/Build; CMGC; On Call or Standard Order; commercial renovations and tenant improvements; and new construction. We’re here to work through the challenges associated with any project and to provide the best service. Our team prides itself on being innovative problem solvers for our clients. We thrive on finding pragmatic solutions to fix what keeps you up at night.

  • How can I better understand what my project will cost?

    The first step in understanding a project's cost is having a well-designed plan. This may involve working solely with an architect or including additional engineers, depending on the project's complexity. With this plan in place, LSE Builders Group can provide an accurate cost estimate for project completion. A budgetary proposal can be developed using historical data, or a bid proposal can be created based on vendor submitted costs. In either case, LSE Builders Group is always happy to walk clients through each expense and its impact on the overall project.

  • What is your experience?

    LSE Builders Group has been owned and operated in Longmont, Colorado since 2015. We are a licensed General Contracting firm specializing in commercial ground up and remodel, including public work, light industrial, tenant improvements, and multi-family construction. Since our inception, we have grown consistently while forging an extensive and far-reaching network and a top-notch team. One point of expansion has been into the municipal sector with special division contracts and standing order contractor agreements including USPS, Boulder Valley and St. Vrain Valley school districts, the University of Colorado at Boulder, RTD, and Ball Aerospace. Most recently, in 2024, LSE moved from its offices at 318 Main Street to a larger commercial facility at 1120 Boston Avenue that provides increased capacity for material receiving and storage plus workshop space for our self-performance scopes including saw cutting and finish carpentry.
