Demo: Demo existing acoustic ceiling and grid; existing light fixtures; mechanical ductwork; and all existing flooring
Framing / Drywall: Remodeled existing perimeter offices to use as media rooms (video/photography) and guitar demonstration rooms; improvements to walls and ceilings for sound attenuation
Plumbing: Installation of humidifying "Smart Fox" system for guitar preservation
Mechanical: Removed all non-plenum rated materials and replaced with plenum rated materials; replaced all flex-duct with spiral ducting; test and balance
Electrical: New high bay lighting for warehouse; decorative chandeliers and track lighting and showroom
Life Safety: Due to removal of ceiling to structure all fire alarms and sprinklers were reconfigured and replaced
Finishes: Slat walls with custom logo for display; new LVT flooring; paint; base; crown molding/ privacy film on exterior glazing
