This project is a tenant build out of a core and shell space at the Village at the Peaks Mall for the second location of Tiffin's India Café.
The dining area features Moroccan inspired mandalas, handmade tile, jewel toned furnishings, a coffered ceiling, and fringed light fixtures along with custom booth and banquette seating. A central pergola and birch clad Indian archway with LED lighting bring the warmth of wood into the dining and bar space.
The modern kitchen has easily cleanable FRP, stainless steel equipment, and epoxy flooring. The kitchen space was built to accommodate a 72” gas range with Captivaire Hood, a 8’x12’ Norlake walk in cooler, refrigerated prep tables, and a tandoor oven.
Fully tiled ADA accessible Men’s and Women’s restrooms are located in the corridor beyond the point of sale and the front exterior has a sunny outdoor dining area fenced in with metal railing.
