Mechanical: Install roof vent with disconnect and returns
Electrical: Upgraded electrical to GCFI throughout; new interior lighting and fixtures; exterior lighting upgraded to LED
Finishes: New cabinetry and countertops in kitchen and bathrooms; powder coated bathroom partitions; floor and wall tile, carpet, LVP, and paint
