Plumbing: Relocation and addition of bathrooms with showers; addition of drinking fountains
Mechanical: Reuse existing RTUs; new ductwork; test & balance
Electrical: All new medium and low volt
Finishes: New acoustic ceiling; polished concrete floor; tile in bathroom showers and floor; cabinetry and locker room finishes; rubber flooring and turf sled track; new paint including wall decals; modifications to storefront glazing; install and place gym equipment
