Construction Delivery Method: Design/Build
Copper Sky Distillery relocated their existing business operation to the core and shell structure located at 110 Emery Street in Longmont, CO. This build out included a tasting room and bar along the north side of the building featuring authentic barn wood finishes, a roll up garage door, and private tasting lounges. The tasting room includes a small retail area and men's/women’s restrooms. The location features a large space for storage of dry goods such as glass bottles, dustless grain, and sugar as well as the processing room where the still and related distillery equipment are located. Adjacent to the processing room is a break room, upstairs mezzanine office, and the barrel storage room where wood casks of distilled spirits will be stored. The south side of the building features a private speakeasy bar and outdoor patio for VIP guests. One shared restroom is available adjacent to the private bar area.
