Tenant build out of interior space into a Postal Annex with addition of exterior canopy and dock
The general scope of work included the interior tenant build out of a leased space including some minor demo- lition, addition of toilet rooms, offices, and support spaces. New accessible parking spaces and signage were added to the em- ployee parking area and a carrier canopy, loading dock and roof structure were built. Wall bumpers, wheel stops and a safety cage were added for protection. Finishes: Sealed concrete; resilient tile flooring; RFP; window tinting and security film; metal siding work; impact doors; metal safety railings; wood polymer wall bumpers; lockers; exterior lighting and flagpole; parking bumpers and wheel stops; door sensors and alarms; security/anti-theft system; interior paint, solar lighting at flagpole.
