Ground-up build of 6 townhomes in historic downtown Longmont with remodel of existing historic home. 2 townhome buildings consisting of 3 units each: 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bath and a 2/2 existing historic home.
We consulted with the developer and architect during the design phase; flood plain adjustments; historical requirements for exiting home; affordable housing requirements; town meetings. We handled the site grading and clearing; tree removal; demo of existing small er home and sheds; asbestos abatement of existing structures; site fencing; traffic control. We worked with new city mains for sewer and water; new transforms; new gas service and data lines.
