The quality of the work product is high. I enjoyed working directly with the architect, electrician and other subcontractors when I had occasion to meet them on-site. Their craftsmanship and LSE’s attention to detail were very good. I had a great experience with the usual unexpected issues that invariably come up on a commercial project. LSE has excellent project management and communication skills that paid off at the end of the project when time is tight and urgency is high. They managed change requests well and rallied to hold my store opening date.
